How do I make a purchase?
A. Any product available for online purchase will have a “buy now” button next to it. We require credit card payment at the time of purchase. You credit card and personal information is obtained securely and privately. Click here for our privacy policy. If you are not comfortable giving your credit card information online, you can call us at 215-659-2979 or use the attached mail order form with either credit card information or check payment.  Mail orders that are paid by credit card or guaranteed funds (i.e. money order, certified check or cashier’s check) will be processed upon receipt of the order.  Mail orders paid via personal check may be delayed until the check clears. What shipping options are available?
A. Most shipping costs are determined as a flat rate based on the dollar amount of the order.  A number of shipping options are available including FedEx Ground, FedEx Express (3-5 day) delivery, FedEx 2-Day delivery, and FedEx Priority Overnight.  All packages are shipped via Federal Express unless otherwise noted.  Certain items will be subject to special shipping charges due to excessive weight and will be noted in the item description.  Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and other International destinations are subject to additional shipping charges.  All packages must be shipped to a physical address or to an APO address.  We are currently unable to deliver to regular P.O. Boxes.  Once you add your product to your shopping cart, you will see what shipping options are available and the associated prices.
 
When will my order be shipped?
A. Please see FedEx shipping map. If your order is received by 11am EST, it will be shipped same day via the shipping method you choose.  If the order is received after 11am EST, it will be shipped on the next business day via the method that you choose.  Overnight delivery requests received by 11am on a Thursday will be delivered the next day.  Overnight delivery requests received after 11am EST on Thursday and before 11am EST on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.  Overnight delivery requests received after 11am EST on Friday or over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.  Please add one day to the above delivery schedule if you choose 2 day delivery.  All other shipping methods do not have guaranteed delivery but will be shipped based on the same cutoff schedule.
 
What if the item I order is not in stock?
A. You will see an "Out of Stock" message if the product is not available for immediate purchase. Due to high volume, some items may not be available at the time of the order.  If this occurs you will be notified promptly with an estimated delivery date.
 
What can I do if I have not received my order?
A. We make every effort to ship your order within a day of purchase. However, some shipping issues are beyond our control. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will research and provide a tracking number.
 
What is Hugabees return policy?
A.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused item(s) in their original packaging or original condition with your receipt for an exchange or refund within 10 days. Sale and clearance items may be returned for store credit only. Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable. Please contact us to receive a return authorization (RA) number. If items are returned without an RA number they will be refused. Please send via insured carrier to Hugabees Returns Dept. 2032 Corinthian Ave. Abington PA 19001. Hugabees does not accept responsibility for uninsured return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will handle all returns as fast and friendly as possible. Items that are sent as gifts can only be returned by the gift recipient for store credit and otherwise follow the same return guidelines as other purchases.

For children's furniture:
We think our products are pretty special, and hope you will to! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return an item for a full refund of the purchase price within 10 days of delivery. Item must be in original packaging and can not be used or missing pieces. All furniture returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 
Is my personal and credit card information secure?
A. Yes. Any information you send to us is completely safe and secure via encryption methods. Hugabees does not sell, rent or share customer information with anyone so rest assured that your information is safe. We value our customers’ privacy. Learn more about our privacy policy.
 
Should I sign up for an account?
A. There are many benefits if you have an account.
1. You can create shopping lists to save for later or share with others as a gift list.
2. If you place an order, you can view past orders, change shipping profiles and more.
Remember, you have to first create an account or login if you already have one, then go shopping.
